No launch numbers exist yet, so this page does what can be done honestly: build directions from officially confirmed mechanics. When stats land, this page becomes the real builds database.

The Starting Compositions

The Safe Default — one of each

Assault · Breacher · Marksman · Medic

The Push Comp — double Breacher

Breacher · Breacher · Assault · Medic

The Siege Line — double Assault

Assault · Assault · Marksman · Medic

There is no wrong comp by design — "four Breachers is legitimate." These are starting points, not rules.

Where to Spend Weapon Parts First

The mod economy is shared across classes, so early Weapon Parts are permanent account value:

  1. Your main weapon's core damage/stability mods — shared means every class benefits
  2. Armor Mods with execution triggers (perfect-active ammo from executions) — high skill ceiling, always useful
  3. Tactical Gear cooldown mods — the Medic's Vaporizer cooldown is squad-wide value

Questions

What's the best class for beginners in Horde Siege?

Assault — flexible midrange kit, in-cover damage bonus rewards the classic Gears playstyle, and the Sonic Disruptor saves objectives.

Is a squad without a Medic viable?

Yes, but long playlists punish it — revives fall to whoever's nearest. Bring one Medic minimum for classic Horde.

What should I unlock first?

Weapon Parts go into shared weapon mods first — they carry across every class.
